At Saphire Saffron, we take pride in the premium quality of our hand-picked saffron; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened products. Due to the food-grade nature of our spices, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the unopened product or damage.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for your return.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the saffron in its original glass jar and protective outer packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
